This project has been led by the NDA scientific team hosted at LESIA, Observatoire de Paris, CNRS, PSL in coordination with the radio observatory of Nançay and the library of the Observatory of Paris. The digital database is archived and maintained by the Paris Astronomical Data Centre (PADC) labelled by CNRS/INSU.
